I have received that e-mail many times from people in the States questioning the goings on over here....did some research...and no, it's all a joke (though..a very good one, don't you think?!?!).
I did have to question some friends in Tokyo, because some werid stuff goes on up there, but they assured me that, no, no such skirts! (but they will let me know if they see any!!)
