Caught A Virus

Oh dear, oh dear.... my laptop's caught a virus. And it's not the H1N1. No, it's some trojan.something.something.friggin'annoying.aszy. The laptop is currently at PC World undergoing necessary care and will be back at home in seven days. It's costing me £50 which is bloomin' annoying but I know it could be worse. At least it's not me or someone else that I know who's caught the virus. It's just the laptop.

Last night was my first laptop free evening in a long while (well, except for when I went on holiday but that was different) and I actually had to think of other things to do. It was very refreshing to read a book, call my brother, make some jewellery and then chat to a friend on the phone. I'm sure this was the Universe's way of telling me to get a grip and get off the internet for a while. I'm at the library typing this but from now I shall stay internet-free until the laptop is back home. Ta da!

We can all benefit from an internet free vacation. Sorry about your virus, though. The last one I caught? Crashed my harddrive.

Yeah, good luck with that. Mine has me by the jugular.
