Yesterday I went to the Mind Body Soul exhibition in Olympia. I usually go every year although it's always the same stand holders there. Last year I spotted some lovely angel paintings and throughout the year I have regretted that I didn't buy one. Luckily the same artist was there again this year. I stood by their stand twice trying to choose which painting I was going to go for. When I came back for the third time having finally decided on the pink one someone was just about to buy it.

But the Universe knew which one I wanted and just as the stand holder was about to put the painting in a bag the lady said: "Wait a minute! Hold it up to that painting over there. I'll change my mind, I'll have the one of the right".

I immediately snapped up the painting I wanted and bought it without giving her a second chance to change her mind again. Isn't it gorgeous?!

I also got some divine chocolate made without sugar and dairy. It was dark, soft and incredibly rich. I say was because it's already gone.

I went to a channelled workshop with a lady called Natalie Glasson. She channelled Master Kuthumi in a meditation that increased the participants light quotient and connected us to our soul energies. Personally I didn't find it very powerful but it was a nice meditation.

I spent pretty much all day at the event and had a lovely time browsing the stands, tasting chocolate and meeting some very nice people.
